Job Description

The role of Business Support Administrator is to deliver a professional and efficient reception and administrative service to RML`s external and internal customers. Your main responsibilities will be:

- To answer and deal with all incoming telephone calls, taking messages or providing a screening service as requested
- To meet and greet visitors at Reception, ensuring signing in procedures are adhered to
- To ensure Reception areas are tidy and presentable at all times
- To be responsible for incoming and outgoing post
- To be responsible for stationary supplies
- To ensure meetings are catered for when necessary
- To make travel arrangements and assist with itineraries, liaising with our travel partner as appropriate
- To manage corporate and event clothing
- To provide administrative support to departments as necessary

It is expected that you will be qualified to at least NVQ 2 in a relevant qualification, preferably business administration, and have worked in a busy office or reception previously. You will also have experience of using Microsoft Word & Excel.

You will have excellent communication skills and be confident, polite and professional. We will also be looking for someone who is willing to take on other ad hoc tasks as necessary.
