Job Description

The role of Junior Business Support Administrator is to support the Senior Business Administrator in providing an efficient and professional administrative and reception service to external and internal customers.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- To answer and deal with all incoming telephone calls, taking messages or providing a screening service as requested
- To meet and greet visitors at Reception, ensuring signing in procedures are adhered to
- To ensure Reception areas are tidy and presentable at all times
- To be responsible for incoming and outgoing post
- To be responsible for stationary supplies
- To ensure meetings are catered for when necessary
- Manage the company email account
- Maintain stationary stock levels
- To provide administrative support to departments as necessary

It is expected that you will have some elementary knowledge of relevant manual/clerical skills. You will also have experience of using Microsoft Word & Excel.

You will have excellent communication skills and be confident, polite and professional. Previous experience in a busy office or reception environment would be preferred.
